Réservoir à double parois Roth (DWT)

Description du produit :
Le réservoir à double paroi Roth (DWT) est formé d'un réservoir intérieur qui est le réservoir original de mazout et d'un réservoir extérieur qui est le bassin secondaire recueillant le mazout. Le réservoir intérieur est fait de polyéthylène résistant à la corrosion. Le réservoir extérieur est construit d'acier galvanisé résistant à la corrosion.

Garantie limitée :
A la condition expresse que soient respectées les conditions ci-après, Roth garantit par les présentes qu'à la date de la vente, le réservoir DWT n'est affecté par aucun défaut de matériel ou de main-d'œuvre. A sa seule discrétion Roth pourra remplacer ou réparer le réservoir DWT défectueux, sans frais, à la condition que le réservoir DWT ait été utilisé constamment selon les instructions fournies par Roth lors de la livraison du réservoir DWT. La garantie ici fournie tient lieu de toute autre garantie, expresse ou implicite, excluant mais sans limitation toute garantie implicite a I'effet que le produit soit utilisable pour des fins particulières et cette garantie est donnée au lieu et place de toute autre garantie, obligation ou responsabilité.

Indemnité :
À la condition essentielle que le DWT soit installé conformément aux instructions fournies par le fabricant, par un installateur dûment autorisé et a la condition que le DWT soit utilisé pour les fins pour lequel il a été construit, Roth, indemnisera I'acheteur du DWT pour tous dommages à la propriété qu'il pourrait subir causé directement par une fuite dans un DWT défectueux et cela jusqu'à un maximum de 1 000000,00 $ U.S. Roth ne pourra être tenu responsable en aucune circonstance de toute perte, dommage ou dépense de quelque nature, résultant de quelque dommage indirect incluant la perte de profit que pourrait subir I'acheteur à cause du DWT défectueux.

Garantie a durée limitée :
Cette garantie est valide pour une période de dix (10) ans commençant à la première de deux (2) dates suivantes, soit: (I) La date ou le réservoir DWT a été installé pour la première fois; ou (11)douze (12) mois après la date de fabrication.

Exécution de la garantie :
Toute réclamation en regard de la présente garantie doit absolument être présentée rapidement et par écrit et doit être reçue par Roth au plus lard sept (7) jours ouvrables après la découverte du défaut. Une copie complétée de ce certificat doit être attachée à I'avis de réclamation. Pour de plus amples informations sur I'exécution de cette garantie, I'acheteur peut appeler aux numéros sans frais suivants : pour les Etats-Unis le 1-888-316-7684, pour le CANADA le 1-800-969- 7684.

Cette garantie ne comprend aucun dommage causé par une force majeure ou tout dommage a un DWT qui peut résulter d'une faute intentionnelle ou de négligence d'un installateur, d'un propriétaire d'immeuble ou de tout autre tierce partie.

WARRANTY CERTIFICATE
Roth Hydronic Radiant Heating Systems

Roth Industries, Inc., warrants to its "clients" that the Roth PEX-tubing and other components listed in this publication, used for Roth Radiant Heating applications, sold hereunder shall be free from defects in material and workmanship, and that the components will conform to the specifications stated in the Roth Product and Design Manual (1180001013). This Limited Warranty shall expire twenty-five (25) years for the Roth PEX-tubing, and two (2) years for the other components described in this publication and used for radiant heating applications from date of shipment by Roth Industries, Inc., unless otherwise specified in writing. Roth Industries, Inc., further warrants that products listed are compatible with each other but, at the same time, we disclaim warranty for claims related to compatibility with non-Roth products.

Components sold under this Limited Warranty must (1) be selected, designed, and installed according to the instructions in the Roth Product and Design Manual (1180001013) using appropriate trade workmanship and according to the local building code(s), (2) remain in their originally installed location, (3) are connected to appropriate water and power supplies, (4) show
no evidence of tampering, mishandling, neglect, accidental damage, modification or repair without
the approval of Roth Industries, Inc., or damage done to the product by anyone other than
Roth Industries, Inc.

Roth Industries, Inc., sole obligation hereunder shall be, at its option, to issue credit, repair or replace any component or part thereof which is proved to be other than as warranted. No allowance shall be made to clients for transportation or labor changes unless such charges are authorized
in writing in advance by Roth Industries, Inc. Any repairs without the express written consent
of Roth Industries, Inc., shall render this Limited Warranty invalid.

Warranty claims must be received by Roth Industries, Inc., within the applicable warranty period
and within thirty (30) days from the cause for the claim occurred or was discovered. Upon receipt
of prompt notice of a warranty claim, Roth Industries, Inc., shall have ten (10) business days in which to determine whether it acknowledges responsibility for any asserted defects in material
or workmanship and the appropriate action to be taken.

This Limited Warranty and any claims arising from the breach of warranty, or any other claim arising hereunder, shall be governed and construed under the laws of the State of Delaware. No other persons than Roth Industries, Inc., employees have any expressed or implied authority to bind Roth Industries, Inc., to any agreement or warranty of any kind without the express written consent
of Roth, Industries, Inc.

IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER DAMAGES THAT MAY ARISE FROM USING ROTH INDUSTRIES, INC., SYSTEM COMPONENTS. Roth Snow and Ice-Melt System

Roth Industries, Inc., warrants to its “clients” that the Roth PEX-tubing and other components listed in this publication, used for Roth Radiant Snow and Ice-melt System applications, sold hereunder shall be free from defects in material and workmanship, and that the components will conform to the specifications stated in the Roth Product and Design Manual (1180001013). This Limited Warranty shall expire twenty-five (25) years for the Roth PEX-tubing, and two (2) years for the other components described in this publication and used for radiant Snow and Ice-melt System applications from date of shipment by Roth Industries, Inc., unless otherwise specified in writing. Roth Industries, Inc., further warrants that products listed are compatible with each other but, at the same time, we disclaim warranty for claims related to compatibility with non-Roth products.

Roth Plumbing Systems

Roth Industries, Inc., warrants to its clients that the Roth PEX-tubing and other components listed
in this publication, used for Roth Plumbing applications, sold hereunder shall be free from defects
in material and workmanship and that the components will conform to specifications stated in
Roth Product and Design Manual (1180001013). This Limited Warranty shall expire twenty-five (25) years for the Roth PEX-tubing, and five (5) years for the other components described in this publication and used for domestic water applications, from date of shipment by Roth Industries, Inc., unless otherwise specified in writing. Roth Industries, Inc., further warrants that products listed
are compatible with each other but, at the same time, disclaims warranty for claims related
to compatibility with non-Roth products.

Components sold under this Limited Warranty must (1) be selected, designed, and installed according to the instructions in the Roth Product and Design Manual (1180001013) using appropriate trade workmanship and according to the local building code(s). (2) remain in their originally installed location, (3) are connected to appropriate water and power supplies, and (4)
