Product Description:
The Roth Double Wall Tank (DWT) is constructed with an inner tank, which is the primary oil storage tank and an outer containment tank, which is the secondary containment basin. The inner tank
is made of corrosion proof polyethylene. The outer containment tank is made of corrosion resistant galvanized steel.

Limited Warranty:
Subject to the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth, Roth Industries hereby warrants that the DWT is free of any defect in material or workmanship. At its discretion, Roth Industries will either replace or repair the defective DWT free of charge, provided that the DWT was constantly operated
in accordance with the instructions accompanying the DWT. The warranty expressed herein is in lieu of any other warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and is in lieu of all other obligations of liabilities.

Compensation:
Provided that the DWT is installed in accordance with applicable installation instructions by an authorized installer and provided that it is used for its intended purpose, Roth Industries, Inc., will compensate the purchaser of the DWT for any property damages incurred by the purchaser directly caused by leakage from a defective DWT up to a maximum of US$ 1 Million. Under no circumstances will Roth Industries be otherwise liable for any incidental, consequential or collateral damages,
or for any loss, damage or expense of any kind, including loss of profits arising in connection
with the DWT.

Duration of Limited Warranty:
This limited warranty is valid for a period of ten (10) years beginning on the earlier of (I) the date
the DWT was first installed or (II) twelve months from the date of manufacture.

Warranty Performance:
Claims under this warranty must be presented promptly and in writing delivered to Roth not later than seven (7) business days after discovery of the defect. A completed copy of this certificate must be attached to the claim notice. This warranty expressly excludes damage caused by Acts of God, or DWT's which are intentionally
or negligently damaged by installers, homeowners, or any other third party.

Roth Hydronic Radiant Heating Systems

Roth Industries, Inc., warrants to its "clients" that the Roth PEX-tubing and other components listed in this publication, used for Roth Radiant Heating applications, sold hereunder shall be free from defects in material and workmanship, and that the components will conform to the specifications stated in the Roth Product and Design Manual (1180001013). This Limited Warranty shall expire twenty-five (25) years for the Roth PEX-tubing, and two (2) years for the other components described in this publication and used for radiant heating applications from date of shipment by Roth Industries, Inc., unless otherwise specified in writing. Roth Industries, Inc., further warrants that products listed are compatible with each other but, at the same time, we disclaim warranty for claims related to compatibility with non-Roth products.

Components sold under this Limited Warranty must (1) be selected, designed, and installed according to the instructions in the Roth Product and Design Manual (1180001013) using appropriate trade workmanship and according to the local building code(s), (2) remain in their originally installed location, (3) are connected to appropriate water and power supplies, (4) show
no evidence of tampering, mishandling, neglect, accidental damage, modification or repair without
the approval of Roth Industries, Inc., or damage done to the product by anyone other than
Roth Industries, Inc.

Roth Industries, Inc., sole obligation hereunder shall be, at its option, to issue credit, repair or replace any component or part thereof which is proved to be other than as warranted. No allowance shall be made to clients for transportation or labor changes unless such charges are authorized
in writing in advance by Roth Industries, Inc. Any repairs without the express written consent
of Roth Industries, Inc., shall render this Limited Warranty invalid.

Warranty claims must be received by Roth Industries, Inc., within the applicable warranty period
and within thirty (30) days from the cause for the claim occurred or was discovered. Upon receipt
of prompt notice of a warranty claim, Roth Industries, Inc., shall have ten (10) business days in which to determine whether it acknowledges responsibility for any asserted defects in material
or workmanship and the appropriate action to be taken.

This Limited Warranty and any claims arising from the breach of warranty, or any other claim arising hereunder, shall be governed and construed under the laws of the State of Delaware. No other persons than Roth Industries, Inc., employees have any expressed or implied authority to bind Roth Industries, Inc., to any agreement or warranty of any kind without the express written consent
of Roth, Industries, Inc.

Roth Industries, Inc., warrants to its “clients” that the Roth PEX-tubing and other components listed in this publication, used for Roth Radiant Snow and Ice-melt System applications, sold hereunder shall be free from defects in material and workmanship, and that the components will conform to the specifications stated in the Roth Product and Design Manual (1180001013). This Limited Warranty shall expire twenty-five (25) years for the Roth PEX-tubing, and two (2) years for the other components described in this publication and used for radiant Snow and Ice-melt System applications from date of shipment by Roth Industries, Inc., unless otherwise specified in writing. Roth Industries, Inc., further warrants that products listed are compatible with each other but, at the same time, we disclaim warranty for claims related to compatibility with non-Roth products.

Roth Industries, Inc., warrants to its clients that the Roth PEX-tubing and other components listed
in this publication, used for Roth Plumbing applications, sold hereunder shall be free from defects
in material and workmanship and that the components will conform to specifications stated in
Roth Product and Design Manual (1180001013). This Limited Warranty shall expire twenty-five (25) years for the Roth PEX-tubing, and five (5) years for the other components described in this publication and used for domestic water applications, from date of shipment by Roth Industries, Inc., unless otherwise specified in writing. Roth Industries, Inc., further warrants that products listed
are compatible with each other but, at the same time, disclaims warranty for claims related
to compatibility with non-Roth products.

Components sold under this Limited Warranty must (1) be selected, designed, and installed according to the instructions in the Roth Product and Design Manual (1180001013) using appropriate trade workmanship and according to the local building code(s). (2) remain in their originally installed location, (3) are connected to appropriate water and power supplies, and (4)
show no evidence of tampering, mishandling, neglect, accidental damage, modification, or repair without the approval of Roth Industries, Inc., or damage done to the product by anyone other than Roth Industries, Inc.
